Lake Louise Ski Resort has been a valuable partner in the development and delivery of the Winter Travel 15 course. Students spend 2 days of the 4 day course receiving instruction in skiing/snowboarding, avalanche safety and awareness, ski patrol job shadowing, and emergency scenarios from experienced and knowledgeable instructors and patrol staff. In the evenings, students enjoy the accommodation at the Great Divide Lodge.
The Canadian Rockies Outdoor Learning Centre sincerely thanks Improvement District No. 9 for their financial support.
