Transform Your Well-Being in the Rocky Mountains

Yoga 15  at the Canadian Rockies Outdoor Learning Centre (OLC) offers students a powerful opportunity to reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and reflection - set against the serene backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. Designed for high school students and delivered in partnership with their school, this two-part course blends online and in-person learning to cultivate balance, resilience, and lifelong wellness skills.

Students begin their journey by completing online coursework that introduces foundational yoga concepts, promotes self-reflection, and builds awareness of yoga’s health benefits. Upon arrival at the OLC, students immerse themselves in a community-oriented environment where they deepen their practice, receive personalized guidance, and strengthen their physical and emotional well-being.
